As a business, we rely so much on our phone line and Internet connection. During a stint with a previous provider, we lost both of these resulting in a huge impact our workload. After a brief phone call to Vostel, they managed to find a solution and get us up and running - within a very short period of time too. They showed great understanding and knowledge in their field, but not only that, they show care for you and your business. We have since moved over permanently and it's a huge weight lifted off my shoulders, knowing I have instant support as and when needed. You guys are second to none, thank you!

Vostel are brilliant (a phrase I use with no exaggeration). We approached Vostel 11 years ago as we were setting up a new office and we needed someone to advise us on IT and phone networks. We knew we wanted a Voip system and Vostel were recommended by another local firm. Vostel then and still today provide concise advice, tell you when you don't need something so that your costs are minimised and provide an ongoing excellent service. They also do more than they need often providing solutions to our sometimes naive technical questions (not strictly in their job descriptions). We are very happy with Vostel and all that they have done for us over the years. It is just a shame that it has taken me 11 years to get on and place this review.
