I ONLY give 1 because of a certain employer. Young girl who has made myself and friends feel uncomfortable Ive been coming here 5 years now. I came in 18 months roughly, tan like a loony as I thought it was closing, Forgot my purse & had no phone on me. So I didnt have my tanning card with token on. I politely asked this young girl if it would he ok if I pay the 1 I needed to buy a new card tmr when I come In. No I cannot do that. Was her reply! Even though a love by lady had done it for me becket and added it to the notes. I mentioned this but she couldnt care less. I left feeling really rubbish & upset. And as walking past I said - you really are a jobs worth I absolutely did NOT swear ! Not my style. 18 months goes by and in the 1st 2 months, if I saw her I would walk straight back out again. Then if I saw her after this time I would simply walk past. She then leaves her works position as was dying to be better then the rest! I walk in after 2 days of her leaving and when I order a block booking a man says - oh sorry it says here that u are banned from swearing and abusing this girl above I look baffled and thankfully a lady next to him Said - No this lady isnt banned, the girl in question wrote this on our computer the day before she left, why not write it the day is supposedly happened? (The lady worker said this, NOT me). And they kindly removed the false allegation this girl had wrote and were lovely and helpful. 3 members of staff ALL told me how this girl thought she was the manager (hence leaving & now living her dream job managing another Keith tan ). Bless her And ALL said she was rude, argued with 2 staff members and was basically a brown nose. You can still be a brown nose, and yet still assist and help your customers ALSO - why wait until u leave before u write your little note on the computer???? Because u knew I would find out and call management. Other then this awful controlling little young girl. The rest of the staff are all lovely , welcoming, friendly & helpful. I would recommend
