All the staff are very helpful and lovely. With the exception of an elderly man that often works on the tillwho is exceptionally rude and shouldnt be working with the general public! Its clearly time for him to retire!!

Usually a nice store with mostly helpful staff however cant go in at any point after dark without being treated like a criminal. I understand I may look like the type that would steal however it really ruins the experience when you have overbearing security and rude staff breathing down your neck the whole time. On top of this the security asked to search my bag upon leaving the store for no reason at all, other than I perhaps took too long deciding what sweets I want to buy! Very unpleasant experience but the elderly gentleman who works earlier shifts is always helpful and lovely to talk too, if only more of their staff were like him!
