        We stayed in the garden flat recently. The interior is dated but functional with everything you need. The garden view with its wild life was a plus moreso if you like birds. A real negative was the central heating for the flat which is timed and temp controlled remotely by the owner. The flat can get chilly when the heatings off during the day moreso in the colder months. We did after asking (texting the owner) get it sorted, but you shouldn't have to ask for heating hence why I mention it in this review so others are aware. It is well located for the sea front and the towner gallery, with a short walk to town.
