GA Technical Ltd

Previously, I felt really let-down by G A Technical based in Eastbourne. The problem was that nothing was completed and I was left without anything working well. Since then G A provided me with a very good reason for my problem, and then followed up with a total service that I can't fault in any direction. I have no qualms about rescinding my bad review totally and, hopefully, replacing it with a review showing 100% appreciation of what has been sorted and finished to a high standard. Gavin One objective in any business ----- don't let your customer down. Much as I needed help in re-installing my TV and audio system, I am afraid that all the expertise in the world comes to nothing when 90% of the job is finished, payment is up-to-date, and then the company fails to turn up on three successive promised dates in order to finish the agreement. Basically I am left High and Dry with parts of the new system still not working properly. Words cannot express how cheated and let down I feel. Beware of Gavin and G A Technical Ltd. Gavin at G A Technical Ltd recently fitted a 4 camera system to our home. He explained all the different options clearly, and the merits/demerits of them, along with clear pricing. The system was installed neatly and professionally, and nothing was too much trouble for Gavin when assisting us in learning how to use it. Wholly recommended by us, Gavin is clearly a trustworthy and conscientious person, and very pleasant to deal with..Likes dogs too !

Gavin at GA Technical Ltd has undertaken various projects for us in the renovation of our home, including lighting design, fully connected and hard wired entertainment system with ceiling speakers and entertainment wall, to security systems with CCTV amongst many other house upgrades. I rarely write reviews but wanted to take the time to acknowledge Gavin and his company for the excellent work and professionalism shown. His advice during the renovation has not only made the house look better but also saved us money. He is extremely knowledgable and I am fortunate to have met him. I will continue to use Gavin and he will always be my first call. He is also genuinely a nice guy. After a number of disappointments with other local businesses, Gavin has been a breath of fresh air. He has sorted our wifi problems totally. Knowledgable without being too techie, on time, friendly but professional, reasonable and he warranties his work. I cant recommend him highly enough.
