I have recently joined in Hc one Company , and I would like to say big thank you to Coppice Court Care Home for the induction provided,all the staff is very friendly , knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended the management team , well Done Julie and Chandra !

We were delighted with the care that Kim's father received in recent months. Staff were most competent, attentive, caring and cheerful. The environment is pleasant and we witnessed a lot of stimulating activity. We also felt most welcome as relatives. This was without receiving special treatment. We did not tell the staff at the time that Kim had been a hospital physician for older people (a geriatrician)* and also a trustee of a group of not-for-profit care homes in south-east London for many years. He has experience in the care sector therefore. Indeed, there was no need to tell the staff. It is unfortunate that the CQC visit (prior to Kim's father's time there) took place at a time of transition, when new owners had just taken over and no home manager was in place. Their report should not put anyone off. Whilst it took a couple of attempts for their head office in Darlington to give us a correct final invoice, we have nothing but praise for Coppice Court itself. Kim and Brenda Arnold. *This can be confirmed (and therefore the authenticity of this review) by reference to the Medical Register of any year between 1983 and 2007 (Kim retired in 2008).
