Waited over an hour for food, was told it would be with us shortly when we went up to the bar after 40 minutes, for the food to still not of turned up after an hour. I went to the bar to request a refund and explained the situation and the lady at the bar apologised and said a member of management would need to process the refund which then took another load of waiting before they came out to process the refund. The team leader didnt say anything, was completely vacant and rude and didnt even apologise. It seemed that I was causing him a massive issue by requesting the refund in the first place. I then asked how the refund was processed as I wasnt told and he said it would go back onto the card. I then left the premises and looked at the receipt to see I had then been refunded for the wrong thing. I have never experienced such incompetence and I think the management really need training in how to communicate with customers
