    Dont even think about dealing with these people. They are dreadful. Paid my Estate Fees monthly by standing order regular as clockwork for 4 years. Now I am being threatened with legal action and arrears have been added to my account despite it being up to date. BHive are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority but even after sending a formal complaint email, they have not even acknowledged it within the timescales set out by the FCA. I am myself regulated by the FCA so have now paid up for the year out of fear of having anything adverse put on my credit file which could affect my job. They just churn out their demands with no thought for what they are doing to people. We are now looking at taking over the management of the properties on our Estate with our own committee. The sooner the better.

Called several times in the last few days and all that happens is you get placed in a queuing system to which you call never gets answered The receptionist has an overwhelmingly arrogant and condescending manner about her, with a can't be bothered attitude The answerphone system to which she TR you to still has a message relating to the period of stamp duty that expired at the end of June. Get it changed, Its laziness and again a can't be bothered attitude Sam Boorman: Answer your customers calls/emails people are wanting further clarity from docs sent out but can't contact you. Not impressed with this company at all. These spurious and glorified reviews do not portray an accurate reflection of this company and are clearly fabricated. Have a look at TRUSTPILOT for a more truthful depiction.
