        Very unsatisfied , i had to sell my beloved flat just because of you. Very expensive, disorganised and continuously we have been asked to pay more and more, the latest maintenance charge is 803 which is extremely high would not normally bepayable for a building with so few flats and would more reflect that of a large multiple apartment block of fifty or more individual units. I had to sell the flat just because of STREDDER PEARCE.
