The management team behind this company aren't just ignorant and rude, they are underhand, downright nasty and deceptive. They bully and intimidate. Their accountancy is incompetent and they cannot be trusted. The sheer number of wrongs committed by the Carlton PM directors against all Leaseholders in my small block of 8 was mind boggling. So much so, we grouped together and took the whole sorry mess to First Tier Tribunal. From a period of just 15 months under their management, we won a total of 26,700 in rebates. But many months later there is still no sign of them returning a single penny and every sign that they intend to never do so. Take good advice and avoid them, and any building managed or owned by either of them.

Dear Landlords/Owners --do not use Carlton Property Services, Greenwich, London as they don't pay the rent. they will take money from the tenants but will not pay your rent on time. Carl, the owner will keep making excuses and will just go in hiding. They just cannot be trusted.
