Appalling service from their incompetence in their processes in replying to customers continued through to the language and behaviour towards property owners who trust them to look after their building. Please if you wanted to be treated with any sort of respect or have any of your concerns or issues address in a timely and efficient manner stay clear. Special mention to Beryl in the office who feels its appropriate to mention shes not paid enough to address my concerns proceed to swear at myself and tell me she will be ignoring all of my calls.

If I could put 0 stars I would Im absolutely shocked at how the staff (Beryl) of this company behave, swearing at my partner in an aggressive manner and then insulting him on wearing gym clothing?! To then mention she does not get paid enough to help with our property enquiries. Im speechless, Im sure many people do not get paid enough but at least they work hard and do their job properly! As well as this they have the cheek to charge 90 as an admin fee after sending multiple incorrect invoices at a seriously delayed pace, I cannot believe how incompetent, unfair and disrespectful this company has been to us both and the fact they are deliberately ignoring the matters addressed is just beyond me. Surely a property management company is meant to help with any issues raised and not run away from them?

Absolutely disgusting company. I've never experienced a more rude and incompetent member of staff then Beryl. Thankfully lots of other more reputable companies locally who were able to help in a friendly and informative manner. I hope your management are proud of your conduct Beryl.
