        I didn't end up actually using Club Class Coaches but that was because Ian was so rude during the enquiry process. If they can be so unprofessional and rude before you've even booked, I would dread to think what the service would be like and how they would behave after you've handed over your money.

        These guys are great if you want a surly bloke hanging around your event trying to get your guests to leave early so that he can be off home well before the amount of time you've paid for. The driver actually came into our wedding and told our guests that the last coach was leaving shortly this was before MIDNIGHT, when we'd contracted their services for unlimited shuttles until 3am. If that wasn't bad enough, he then approached the bride and hassled her to ask guests if they would be leaving soon. It was actually BEYOND BELIEF! I took this up with the boss Ian Luce the following day, and got a very rude and unprofessional response. He then lied about the nature of the contract...which is ridiculous as he knew full well I had a copy. If this all seems a bit strong, I'm glad. I have it all in our email exchanges, and what's true is true. I don't believe I've ever used a less reputable company. Avoid at all costs, and don't be fooled by Ian's initial pleasant demeanour. I was and I regretted it. Anyone can be pleasant when they're taking your money, it's how they deal with problems that is the true test.
