These issues were present when moving into the house and over the course of 3 years, two different Plumbers and 3 Electricians had failed to resolve.
Patrick took time to be walked round the system and understanding the setup of 3 heating circuits, the Boiler Programmer Controls and the manner in which the Boiler had been installed in the loft space.
He very quickly identified the cause of the Boiler fault code and recommended rerouting a bathroom towel rail to act as a heating by pass circuit to resolve the fault code issue. He then just as quickly identified a boiler configuration error which once corrected enabled the Boiler to turn off when no heat was being called for.
Having identified the solutions, Patrick was able to carry out the required changes there and then and so within a little over two hours of the start of his visit the work was completed. For such a long-standing issue I was amazed at how quickly Patrick was able to put things right, clearly his experience is invaluable. I highly recommend Patrick and will be using his services for all future maintenance and Boiler Servicing.
