I recently did an online seminar with Mary on Osteoporosis. I found it incredibly helpful and gave me such a good understanding of exercises that I should do or not do in Pilates. Mary is extremely knowledgeable and I have benefited greatly from this seminar.

I had a bike accident and really hurt my shoulder and hip. Mary assessed my situation and gave me some simple exercises to do and I saw a huge improvement each time I did them. Couldnt recommended Mary, her experience, friendliness and work ethic enough! In very safe hands whatever your issue.

After a serious mountaineering accident many years ago I have seen a succession of physiotherapists, chiropractors and osteopaths most of whom have only been able to relieve my back pain for a short period. Then five or six years ago a physiotherapist recommended I see Mary Thornton and I have never looked back. A combination of her back care classes and the occasional one on one session has done wonders for my back and my overall wellbeing. I now feel in control of my back, not the. other way round. Not only is Mary very knowledgeable but she is an extremely nice person and her classes have been one of the highlights of my week. Her zoom classes during the lockdowns have been a life saver. Thank you, Mary.
