Paul came very highly recommended to me. After my first appointment I felt so relieved to have met Paul. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic and compassionate. I have multiple issues with my lower back and with his treatment, advice on nutrition and exercises I'm finally on the path to recovery. I always look forward to my sessions.

I've only seen Paul once however the first time I walked in the door he pointed out all of my pains and issues virtually straight away without me even telling him. He could see exactly what I needed to work on straight away. Within 2 days one of my largest mobility issues was solved and I truly cant wait to work with Paul more down the line to work more on mobility and generally competing on sports to the best of my ability.
