Velvet Storm Photography

We cant recommend Velvet Storm highly enough, from start to finish, their attention to detail was excellent, Nick & Jaz went the extra mile to ensure our day ran smoothly! From the first meeting I knew we would get on well. Nick & Jas shot my wedding in June and I am still marveling over the photos. Nick & Jas bring their own personalities to the experience and it shows in their work. You can tell it is something they both love doing. I looked around for ages before finding photographers that were value for money, quirky and that I loved the images of. Too many photographers I looked at were 'all about sepia' and me & my husband really loved the use of colour that Velvet Storm used. During the day Jas came to shoot me & my bridesmaids and Nick went to my husband and the guys. Having two photographers is amazing and it means you get so many different photos. Although both of us feel quite awkward getting our photo taken Nick & Jas made us feel at ease. We received the photos through and we love them! Over 700 photos were given on a lovely silver heart usb, which was a really lovely touch. Thank you again and I will be recommending you to all my friends!! :-)

We were lucky enough to get Nick and Jaz to photograph our wedding and they were amazing. The quality of the photos was outstanding and they both made everyone feel very at ease and brought humour to the day. We loved our book and fun surprise gift too. Highly recommended!

When I looked for a photographer for our wedding, I knew what kind of style I was looking for but just thought I wouldn't be able to find someone with the same sort of eye for the unusual, that I have. As a cameraman myself, I was always going to be a hard client to please and needed to have a photographer that could exceed my expectations and my high standards. Nick and Jazz at Velvet Storm did that on all levels. They understood the whole feel of the day, and worked to create an album of of unique images that perfectly captured who we are and what we felt. They managed to do all this whilst being a delight to work with, and they genuinely felt like members of the wedding party not just someone who was there to do a job. The resulting photos were brilliant, and will be the best possible way that all of our family and friends will be able to look back on our wedding day and understand what a great day it was. I cant recommend Velvet Storm Highly enough. If you want a truly unique set of beautiful photos of your wedding day, you would be mad not to use them.

As the owner of Espresso Events, I've been fortunate enough to work with the fabulous Nicci & Nick from Velvet Storm on a variety of projects & not only are they phenomenal photographers, but they're also a real pleasure to work with as fellow event professionals. I was amazed when they did a promo shoot at one of our cocktail classes last year, they captured moments which I didn't even know had happened until I saw the photos after the class. If you're looking for a wedding with the WOW factor, be sure to book Velvet Storm, as you'll have fantastic photos to truly cherish for a lifetime. A word of warning though, make sure you get in early, as Nicci & Nick are hugely popular & in demand & you'll be deeply disappointed if you miss out! I can't recommend Velvet Storm highly enough, whatever the occasion, they're the perfect photographers to record the event.
