The 2 ladies in here were so unbelievably helpful to my Dad today when he asked for help regarding flu. They made time to help him out and Im really grateful, as is he ! Great service and really kind !

Could not be nicer or more helpful. I regularly collect my inhaler from them, and drop off the empties. Always have time to help. Recently asked about an upset stomach and one of the Pharmacists came to help me and made some helpful suggestions so I am very contented with this branch.

Just noticed the registered team member has left their own 5 star review! Can head office look into this please. I feel stressed and fatigued having to even deal with this branch. Very unprofessional and need further training on how they communicate. Passive aggressive employees. Really do not like going in to the "druggists". Unknowledgeable and refused to place my husband on the flu jab waiting list. Always messing up my meds. Always telling me conflicting information. Saying this after 30 years in senior health care. I have never felt compelled to write a review before.

Home delivery of medications just doesn't work no matter how many call phones I make. I call my clients doctors to send prescriptions to Kamsons Meads. Ther receive them and still don't deliver medications for my client. If they don't have specific medication,they don't contact the patient's doctor to tell that. Just don't include it in the order. How horrid and disrespectful it is.
