        The manager/ pharmacist is incredibly rude and lacks any empathy towards patients at all. I've never known anyone be so needlessly aggressive and rude to people. The other staff are lovely.

        Avoid!!! What a rude and unpleasant pharmacist! Very belittling and with no empathy, could do with an extensive course at the charm school, not sure she should be working with the general public.

        I am not at all impressed with thid pharmacy. Went in last Wednesday to but dispersable asprin which is the only painkiller i can tolerate. I told the lady what i wanted it for and asked for a cup so i could take some then . She asked what strength i wanted and i said for pain rief. She gave me the wring ines for bliid thinning

        Very Rude and uncaring pharmacist. As others have said their attitude is absolutely awful and so different to the other Boots who have lovely staff. The pharmacist needs to go on a customer service training course! Very upsetting service.
