ASDA Pharmacy

Pleased with the service here. I am on some medication that is currently suffering from supply chain issues, and I also often have a mixed prescription of doses, however even if they dont have the right ones at the time, the staff here always manage to order the required meds and doses in for me within a couple of days. Its so good to know that I can rely on them to get the meds I need when I need them.

I cannot believe my experience today at the pharmacy, my doctor had advised me to get some over the counter co-codamol for pain the lad on the counter said that I could not have any for my condition, I dont believe hes correct but that is not my complaint his attitude was terrible and unprofessional, as I walk away he shouted get your doctor to prescribe it then this was my first time at the pharmacy and it will certainly be the last.

The lady that served me on boxing day was just the best. An elderly relative needed urgent meds but they didn't have the exact ones as there are supply issues for the ones the a&e prescribed. The pharmacist and colleagues went above and beyond to get something that was the same and my father in law is now making a recovery. Thank you to this lady, I hope you and your family have a great Christmas and new year.

Not fit for purpose.. Called to collect my prescription only to be told that they no longer call the GP on your behalf.. No advance warning, a decision made on the 5th August without informing auto repeat customers and manager is rude when I said that is not acceptable.. They keep blaming GP when theyve slipped up in the past.. What they dont understand is to keep a business viable you need to offer a decent service.. With boots next door this pharmacy is losing clients.. Reading past reviews, nothing has changed.. Maybe a course in.. Excellence in Customer Service is needed.. Another customer lost and in todays market Asda should be taking note.. IF you cannot and do not value your customers they will spend their money elsewhere!
