Day Lewis Pharmacy

This pharmacy is brilliant! The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The pharmacist always has time to talk about any issues and gives advice willingly. He even makes the effort to call if you are on new medication to make sure all is ok. Cant recommend enough, my whole family now use them.

I totally agree with previous reviews,this pharmacy is just not the same,now all the lovely staff have left,it's such a shame as they were so friendly,caring and very popular with local community that they made the pharmacy,what it was,but it's just gone downhill now.....I have been recently once on a Saturday and again on a weekday,and both times they were closed,not at all helpful when you need your medication,but can't get it!! I have also recently discovered that,the lovely helpful lady has moved to Kamsons,so I will be moving there now .

Today I witnessed 3 female staff laughing and giggling to a woman who was asking the pharmacist for advice on medication. This was prompted by the blond girl who went out the back sniggering while the other 2 were behind counter laughing. So unprofessional considering you are meant to be dealing with the general publics medications....Won't be using this pharmacy again after seeing this. I have to say that the senior pharmacist who was dealing with the lady was professional but was most likely unaware of the complete immaturity that was happening behind him.

I have always used this pharmacy for many years,but not anymore! I went in the other day and discovered,the lovely,kind,helpful lady that worked there,has left. The staff that are there now are all new, and have no idea what they are doing,I didn't get spoken to the whole time I was there,the pharmacist was telling a member of staff off in front of everyone.....dreadful way to speak to your staff....and the atmosphere was awful,speaking to other local people,we came to the agreement it was like walking into a morgue, deathly quiet! I,for one will not be going back and I'm sure alot of the other people wont be either....this is really sad,the original staff were amazing,made everyone feel welcome and went out of their way to help. I wish I knew where the lady had gone to,if she's gone to another pharmacy,I'd follow her!

Wouldn't fulfill a prescription for my mother in law, so I took it to my own one who prescribed it on the spot. Terrible customer service.
