It's a shame because this is one of the closest chemists in the area however staff here are not professional if they have a personal dislike of you. Discussing patient details loudly, talking about locals and previous altercations and arguments, taking things personally... It's all haphazard when it comes to customer service. They're busy as they're right next to a doctor's surgery but this doesn't mean they know how to handle their influx of customers. Since overhearing so many details about other patients I have stopped having my prescriptions sent to this chemists and opted for a more professionally run one in town.

This chemist is so lovejy and always go out of their way to help chase up my repeat proscription when its not been sent. A lady called Lilly has been so so very helpful. Thank u so much

If you can get through, it's a great little chemist. Waiting on hold for a very long time then have the call cut off is a bit of a joke when you see how many members of staff are actually there at one time. Many others have stated the call time is a joke to have the response 'since covid' which I think is a bit of a blag over 2 years later. More chance of getting through to your GP on a Monday than anytime here! That being said, all staff are lovely and it's a handy little chemist for toiletries etc

Was absolutely fine. Only drawback is the last 2 times I went, the pharmacist was late so had to wait for prescriptions as, understandably, they can not give out medication without the pharmacist there
