        Very rude and low training staff, they don't understand what customer wants. Very Very bad service with this new management. After 10 years I've decided to change my Pharmacy, even one star is too much believe me or experience it.

        Very rude pharmacist.I went pick my prescription,and the pharmacist not understand,(not want )my name tell immediately not exist prescription for me . I went my Medical Centre who give me the number prescription (29/12/22).Back to pharmacy the same pharmacist laugh for me ,and with the colleagues about me,because she know very well,exist the prescription, since December 29.Staff rude,racist.I work for NHS I'm HCA Eastbourne Hospital,this organisation is collapse because people like this lady, lazy and racist

        Every time there is something wrong ( couldn't find details on the system, couldn't find prescriptions, etc...) It's surprisingly strange, that such business can survive at all , with such poor service and approach. Avoid
