I brought my rescue dog Alfie to be groomed by Billie and she did an excellent job .She was patient and gentle with Alfie and used her knowledge of canine behaviour to work with Alfie's needs and phobias. The groom was excellent and Alfie came out looking stunning . Billie's patience and experience of working with rescue dogs was invaluable. I can't recommend this business enough .Billie was excellent. We will be back again.

Friendly service. Flexible and accomodating. Pooch loves it there in the large spacious parlour with garden to play in.

My wife booked our dog (one of our four dogs) in for a cut. She had agreed a fee. Slightly more expensive than where we normally go, but so be it. On our way to the appointment, after we had got the money out of the bank, we receive a text to say cash only and it might be 10 more if the dog is matted. Well, if I have bird droppings on the roof of my car I don't expect to be charged extra, once I've agreed a price. In my experience, this usually means we are going to be charged extra, so my wife and I decided that at 50, double our regular groomer, this was no longer affordable. We sent a polite text to say "Thanks but no thanks" and we would go elsewhere. What followed was a series of messages saying the extra charge was unlikely etc etc, however by now we were looking for alternative groomers and didn't immediately answer the phone call we received. At this point my wife received an aggressive, irrational text message stating that my wife was bad tempered, and that she would call other groomers and effectively"blacklist" us, block our number etc etc. I would love to copy and paste this message but it was sent using some form of app where it has disappeared. So long story short, we're booked in with another groomer for all four of our dogs. Unfortunately we should have read the other less than positive reviews.

Shockingly bad experience. She totally ignored my requests for style instead delivering the only one cut she obviously knows how to do. Poor dog came home highly anxious, still wet behind and around the ears and with long tufts of hair on legs. When concerns raised she turned nasty and said I should never take my flea ridden dog to her again. Despite paying her in full she then accused me of complaining to try to get out of paying the bill. Shocking woman.

The groom was excellent and Alfie came out looking stunning .
