G A Pawnbrokers - Eastbourne

This is my exchange of choice for travel currency. I was advised by a Bank many years ago, that it offers the best exchange rates in Eastbourne. I have always found the Manager and staff to be pleasant and helpful. Today I was served for the first time by Zoe. A pleasant, professional, efficient lady. Who is obviously an asset to your company. Who not only dealt with my euro exchange but ensured that my need for a more obscure currency will also be addressed prior to travel in due course. I went into this shop today and there was such a buzz , a wonderful vibe outside from an excited lady and her daughter this positivity continued inside.. there was a lady close to tears infront of me, with another relative; she was getting her Mums precious rings back. The lady behind the counter was so compassionate and listened intently to the lady, who told the tale of how shed had to part with these precious rings due to financial reasons but was so happy to be in a position now to buy them back . They referred to the worker, behind the counter as an angel and it was such a precious moment. When It was my turn I got some extremely knowledgeable advice I will never go anywhere else , I couldnt recommend this pawnbrokers any higher Id give a million stars if I could! It felt so sincere, warm and kind.
