        Went for an eye test here in December using an EdenRed eye are voucher. All went fine, got a prescription from them, but had to wait for the next voucher from my work to cover the cost of the frames. Got the voucher, went in today (so less than a month after using the previous voucher), only to be told they dont take the voucher anymore. So apparently this policy has changed within a month. Not a happy customer, wont be coming here in future.

        Not that impressed with the whole service. My eye test appointment was over 10 minutes late. The person arranging my glasses with me after got called away to deal with other people at the counter. They never called to say my glasses were ready, I had to chase them up. Maybe I was unlucky with understaffing but not their usual reliable service.
