ASDA Opticians

I was given an appointment for yesterday at 9.40, sadly I didn't bring this written appointment with me. When I arrived on time they insisted I was late and wouldn't see me. So now I have to come back again another day. I was really angry about this and so have decided to cancel the next appointment and go elsewhere. I'm sure they could have fitted me in, but they wouldn't do so. They have obviously gone onto a new system which is not working well so I'll not be using them again

Glasses are excellent prices but appointment took an hour and a half and that is the pay off

Appalling service. Phone put down automatically. Wanted new glasses. Opticians useless. Going somewhere who is keen for great business. Boots.

I cannot praise highly enough the excellent products and service I have had from Asda opticians at The Crumbles Eastbourne. The glasses which I got three years ago are the best I've ever had, and they only cost 40. They were made up from a test done at another shop but there was no quibble about that. The other day the frame broke and they mended it in about 5 minutes at no charge. They are as good as new. The staff have also on other occasions mended other glasses immediately, free of charge. Professional efficient friendly service at very reasonable cost. If I live long enough to need new glasses, I will come back here!
