Lovely home with great staff

If you really love your love ones and care about them,this is not the home for them.My 87y old mum went into this place july 2018 and gone downhill rapidly. The staff havent got a clue with what they are dealing with.I was told,prior to mum going in,that food was all home cooked,well it might go in there oven but have seen managers bringing in ready meals for supermarket. was told there would be activities a couple of times a week,theres been none.The home owns a minibus which was told there would be outings,it hasnt moved since july,i could go on forever.To finish this reveiw,its something quiet dicussting, went in to visit mum last week and when i walked into her room,there was a soiled pad on her eating tray and my mum had been left in soiled knickers and half dressed.This really upset me so i went to complain,and in all fairness i raised my voice at the carers and who were in the garden with cup of tea having there cigarettes. The result of this i have been handed a eviction letter giving my mum 28 daysto leave the premises.
