I joined Beechwood Grove 4 years ago and have had the privilege of working within numerous departments which has given me a valuable insight into how staff, including management go the extra mile to ensure a positive and inclusive environment and atmosphere for our lovely residents and their loved ones. Team members are recognised and rewarded for going the extra mile which in turn uplifts them in knowing that they are truly appreciated and valued as individuals doing the best they can whilst working within a great team. Professional, welcoming and friendly team. Beechwood Grove is a luxurious place with outstanding care for their Residents. Every team member works together and there is a true authentic feel of family within the Home.
