I was highly recommended to ask Toby from Fitch and Fitch to find me a mortgage by a couple of people independent of each other. After using mortgage brokers before I have had experience of how they operate and what using a broker entails. I have had mixed experiences. I am so very pleased to have found Toby! My mortgage is complicated, no mean feat to find one! Toby has left no stone unturned to get me the best deal I could. He has been lovely to deal with polite and prompt at all times. Communication has been 100% too (something I haven't had with any other brokers) always calling to let me know what is happening and time frames. I 'now' would highly recommend Toby too.
