        Great advice, kind, thoughtful and caring. Understand my needs for my mum and helping me make unpressured choices with a sensible try at home and return for the shoes I was buying. Worth paying that bit extra to look at the products and to receive the advice. On a cold day they've a lovely heater to stand under too (no extra charge, lol).

        I went into Proctors in Eastbourne Station parade today about 1pm the lady in there who helped me was amazing she made me feel so at ease. I was having to buy incontinence pads for my mum not knowing what to buy. This lady deserves a big thank you for the help and knowledge she has. I was feeling very emotional about it all. Nearly hugged her. She was in her 50s with blonde hair and slim. More customer service like this in shops would be lovely. Thank you.
