        Very disappointed to say the least, New pick up L200 bought with full service plan When asking them to do the 2nd service that I had pre paid for was told couldn't do it for 3 weeks which took it over the timescale and wouldn't be valid. it seems they only have fully trained technician from what I'm told. Next..... passenger side tail light out, got a tug from the police who told me not to drive the vehicle and if I did I would get fined for second offence, called them again and would you believe it couldn't look at it for 2 weeks, so I said well I can't drive it...... guess what they told me, well don't drive it, very poor

        When we purchased our used car in September 2019 we purchased a 3 year Gold Warranty package costing over 900. However when telephoning to request a repair we were told there would be a 99 diagnostic charge! The woman on the phone was less than helpful and quite hostile! We went elsewhere for the repairs although they should have been covered under the warranty!
