I have worked for bluebirdcare Eastbourne&Wealden for nearly 3 years, the care and support I have received in my role is second to none. The training is ongoing and thorough by the incredible management team. I was supported and safeguarded throughout my pregnancy and maternity leave and was even promoted to a senior carer after coming back! Career development is there if you seek it. The hours are so flexible, particularly for those with children and the pay rates are fantastic for the care industry. The level of care provided is of the highest quality as we all truely love our jobs and our customers

I have been with Bluebird care Eastbourne and Wealden for 7 months now,my first time in the care industry and its a pleasure to work for them.Full support and brilliant training I recommend anyone whos considering to do care to start with this company,you wont be disappointed.Im so glad I changed my career and with Bluebird care Eastbourne and Wealden the support I get from all staff is second to none.
