As the owner of my own estate agency - it doesn't come easy to say just how impressed I have been with F&S and, in particular Agnieszka Rzeszutek. Within 24hr of initially calling, I had an excellent valuation and then within no more than 5 days - a signed up tenant at asking price (12% higher than 3 yrs ago)! The team went "above and beyond" and really helped me to get the property back up to standard. I honestly cannot emphasis just how impressed I have been with the overall service received by this lettings office - very surprising / just brilliant!

Be careful giving a review. They hunt you down and ring you up to ask why you gave a bad review!!! Red flag

Nothing is too much trouble for the team at EASTBOURNE. They are professional, efficient, helpful and courteous. I recommend them without reservation as a team that you can thoroughly rely on to let your property. I have used them two years in a row now and the same level of service has been consistent both times.

I am sure that you will be delighted with the services provided by this company as indeed we were. We had a property where the tenant had left it in a disgusting state. Agnieszka at Fox & Sons arranged a builder to refurbish the entire property which was done at great speed and a new tenant was found immediately. We were absolutely delighted that the whole process took less than six weeks from the alternate leaving and the new tenants moving in.
