Richard was the sellers agent when I purchased my new home in 2022 and all I can say is, I wish he was also my seller! Very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure matters are followed up and resolved. Incredible local knowledge and very trustworthy. All the staff at Emslie & Tarrant were helpful and I never once felt fobbed off. I would certainly recommend for buying or selling your home.
