Excellent service. From design to implementation it was a joy. So many ideas, solutions and fixes. This was a full bathroom and toilet rip out, plus replacement of CH boiler and relocation in totally new position. Every change we made was met with a "no problem" attitude. The guys who carried out the majority of the work were punctual, informative, helpful.....you name it. Use this company. You will not regret it.

We went to Russ Deacon for a kitchen refurb as they'd previously designed and installed a fitted wardrobe for our awkwardly shaped bedroom. Their customer care then was excellent and so it was this time. Russ patiently took us through what we wanted, came out to look at the kitchen, asked how we used it all, and then came up with a couple of designs. He carefully took us through these and adapted them to our requests. We trusted him to strip and refit the new kitchen whilst on holiday and our trust was rewarded. He kept us up to date with progress photos and when we returned it was 'WOW!'. The after care was exceptional too as we moved from total gas to total electric with so many questions. I would highly recommend Russ Deacon for their care, their attention to detail and the quality of their work.
