We contacted Home and Castle re the purchase of our property and viewed several homes with Lucie. We found our forever home and everything was good to go. However, a huge life event meant the purchase wasn't going to be as straight forward as we thought. Lucie showed us exceptional kindness, professionalism and assistance with every question etc. She absolutely went above and beyond her role. The team as a whole were incredibly polite, professional and always willing to help. Emily would often answer the phone when I called and was always polite and efficient. I was always called back if I left a message and if I popped into the office there was always a kind, friendly face to welcome me. We completed on our purchsse last week and Lucie was with us throughout our whole journey. I know for sure that she made this a much easier process due to her, not only, being fabulous at her job but also being a fabulous person too. I would highly recommend Home and Castle to anyone! Tracey and her team are simply brilliant from my very first phone call with Tracey she totally understood our needs and found us a lovely property within days, even though we have a cockerpoo. We didnt fit the criteria for many agents but that deter Tracey. What an amazing lovely warm lady. I would really recommend Home and Castle in a heartbeat.
