I tried 5 times to view a property . I spoke to 3 members of staff and not one gave an apology. The final member of staff interupted me when I was speaking and when I called her out on it she claimed I had 'an attitude' and was going to speak to the property owner as to whether I should have a viewing. She put the phone down on me and I never heard from them again. Their customer relations need a lot of re-assessment. Their 'attitude' is childish and unprofessional. If you have put your faith in these people with your property......oh dear! I have had to put one star on this review as it wouldnt accept no stars.... I gave the name of the person I was viewing on behalf of, and that they were abroad.

Hunt Frame handled a very challenging sale of our property in a very professional and friendly manner. Initially we had a chain of 4 people that collapsed when the mortgage rates increased dramatically. Using good negotiation skills we managed to retain the chain of 3 people and get all the sales through. At all times there was good feedback and updates so we always felt included and secure that there would be a successful outcome; which we finally achieved. Thank you to all the staff for finally getting this over the line.

I had a lovely viewing experience with Hunt Frame. Darcie was friendly and professional. However, we went for a different flat with another lettings agent because the other flat looked newer. Now kicking myself as I wish I had gone for a more professional and thoughtful lettings agent.

Helped us find the most perfect flat in such a short time! We needed to move and Bonni and her team were so efficient and helpful! We have pets so finding flats used to be tricky but with Bonni the flat was found so so quickly! So lovely and helped us every step of the way, thank you so so much again for all your help! Will be recommending :)

If you are looking to rent, best avoid this company. I have had two experiences with this company in the 2 weeks I have been looking to rent and sadly neither have been particularly great. Let me elaborate. Called their team from Zoopla app concerning a flat. Told them I had an indoor cat, the lady took my details and emailed me a form to fill in and said when they have the form they will be in contact to arrange a viewing. I filled in the form straight away andd submitted it. Didn't hear anything from them for the rest of the day, the following day at about noon I decided to check Zoopla again using my saved search and the flat had been taken down; presumably let. Not sure why they didn't tell me the flat was let when I called (they obviously would have known). Didnt hear from them at all, not even a courtesy email or call to inform me the flat had been let. Just outright ignored. I thought, well at least they have my details now right? Won't have to go through the rigmoral of filling in a detailed form again and it won't have been a massive waste of time for me. Right? Wrong. Few days later a different flat. This time I emailed them through Zoopla, again informed them I have an indoor cat, I also asked about parking. They sent me the same form again and made no mention of my having a cat and didn't answer my query about the car parking. This time I forwarded the form to my girlfriend to also fill in. We both completed the forms (by this time filling in the form is getting really boring, especially when they have your information) and sent them over. The only difference being that I put I have a cat and my girlfriend didn't (the cat is mine); girlfriend mentioned that I was moving in with her and I also mentioned my girlfriend. Later on that day (or maybe the day after) my girlfriend gets a call from Hunt Frame inviting her to view the flat. They completely ignored me yet again (I presume this is because of my having a cat but since Hunt Frame don't bother to contact you to let you know why, who knows?) It's interesting that they don't make the connection between two people who would move in together. Given how we mention each other. So do they not actually read the forms? We couldn't make the time they offered (naturally I would go too) and so their response was 'well it's done in blocks so we'll have to let you know another time" Like what!? As if we are going to wait around for them to fit us (the customer) in with their schedule?! No, you arrange a time that suites both parties and if the customer can't make it then you arrange another time with the customer there and then. Simple. I don't think Hunt Frame realises they are there to serve the customer and not the other away around. Those experiences (baring in mind these are the only experiences we have ever had with them) have left me with a sour taste I my mouth and they honestly come across as equal parts arrogant and ignorant. For this reason I can't recommend them.
