He was transparent with what services they provided and is a very genuine guy, interested in his customers and not just the job.
2 extra guys turned up to help load up the van which sped everything up. They took apart and offered to put my bed back together for no extra cost. They were careful with my possessions and knew what they were doing, taking the feet off my sofa to be safe instead of risking getting it all through the door.
Overall I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
