        I have failed to get an appointment here for 4 days now. 1st day I rang too late in the day. 2nd day I rung 4 times and didnt get through on any. 3rd day my husband rung them up at the exact time they told him they open and by the time he got through they said there were no more appointments. 4th day, he rung 3 times, first two he got through the line then got dial tone and it hung up. 3rd time he finally got through to be told they have no more appointments and actually open 10 minutes earlier than he was previously told. We have also been told to just ring back later despite them having no more appointments left as they may decide to open it up again. Ridiculous system and very frustrating when you have complications from a contraceptive implant and cant even get an initial phone call conversation in order to get it taken out.

        Went here for the first time today to have my implant removed and a new one put in. The reception staff are all helpful and friendly. The nurse i saw was very lovely and made me feel at ease, she told me everything she was doing and was very helpful.
