A lovely welcoming experience for all of us! I met with Bianca, and Yasmine kindly looked after my 2 children with a drink (which they loved) while I chatted. Caitlin was superb. I ordered a watch on the website that transpired wasn't actually in stock and available to buy. Naturally I was a bit gutted but understood due to the limited nature of the watch. I asked Caitlin to keep an eye out for me on the off chance another was made available. A few days later Caitlin emailed me to say she had managed to source another one! Service absolutely second to none. She could have quite easily have forgotten me but she didn't! Absolutely superb experience. From being disappointed to being over the moon. She's a credit to your company! Thanks Ryan
