Five Kinds of Silence was the first production Ive seen by this company but it certainly wont be the last. Such hard-hitting powerful, performances. Acting and directing at its finest. Exceeded my expectations. Cant wait for their next show.

Last night we saw a stunningly acted production by the Green Room Produtions at the Lamb Little Theatre. Five Kinds of Silence by Shelagh Stephenson was a mind exploring experience about a dysfunctional family ruled over by a Father who himself had an extremely unhappy and cruel upbringing. Instead of being determined to bring up his children in a safe and happy family atmosphere, treated them with abuse and cruelty. All ending in tragedy and almost relief at a death. The acting by all the cast was as strong as it gets and it would be wrong to pick out any one member, but I will. James Hookway gave an outstanding performance in an extremely difficult part. He obviously responded well to the brilliant director Sandra Cheesman. We eagerly look forward to seeing this groups next production.
