Unreliable. Ordered waistcoats on Wed for a weekend wedding and paid 7.99 for next day delivery to ensure I had them Thu before leaving for the weekend on Fri. Email from Dobell saying they were dispatched quoted delivery as "3-4 working days" which is their free service. Then got an email from Royal Mail saying delivery will be Fri by midday. Will be half way to Suffolk by then. No contact number on the site - just email and they will reply in 24 hours. Looks like I'll be buying a waistcoat on the way to the wedding.

Really bad experience. I ordered 5 suits with them, and emailed to ask if I could exchange this a couple of times if needs be because its for the groomsmen at my wedding and needed to make sure sizes fit. They replied saying exchanges were fine. No further details were included. Ive now sent one of the suits back a second time only to have it returned within 48 hours saying its outside of the returns window. I was never told at any point that there was a window that I had to exchange with a limited time frame, and Id even checked that I could exchange a couple of times if I needed to. Ive emailed their customer service explaining the situation - the suit is still available in all sizes on their website. Ive tried to email their customer service to say I wasnt aware of the limited window as no one told me of it - but theyve said its tough, and recommended that I spend another 200 to buy another suit?! Really shocked in a cost of living crisis and when theres such a focus on not being wasteful with fast fashion, that a company would demand that someone lay out another 200 that they dont have, even when you have plenty of stock AND the ability to exchange the brand new, unused suit, even after I asked if I could do several exchanges! Just because you dont want to help! So, be careful if you do order. Should you be unclear on anything (even what they advise), theyll make sure it costs you the maximum to make it right! Really sad, because the suits are lovely quality. Just really disappointing that this is another company focused on wringing people dry than helping or caring for customers.

delivery takes long and any product issues or other questions is not responded to at all. I have send many mails about damaged gilets and nobody answers.

Atrocious customer service. Placed a 300 order and forgot to add shoes. Within 2 minutes of placing the order I emailed customer services to ask if the shoes could be added to the order so as to qualify for free postage. Was give a flat refusal
