Lovely warm welcome and homely feel where my husband (currently in respite care there) is cared for in an exemplary manner. It is obvious that the staff really care for their patients / clients and we made several surprise visits so we knew that this is how they are all the time. The staff have a great relationship with each dementia sufferer and are very understanding, being fully trained to deal with situations that may arise. My husband is kept clean and his nails are done and the place has a lovely feel; they also have crafts and other activities like music and singing, and pet therapy - the other day they brought a small pony into the lounge and all the residents loved it. My husband is so happy there that he wants to stay there permanently and tells everyone its his home.

Nasty smell when you walk through the door. A bit tatty and a very depressing lounge area.
