Rude security guard (overweight white male) sitting at the entrance of the parking claiming that College Road is a private road and that no pictures can be taken. The roads status is: highway maintainable at the public expense USRN: 13200338. Meaning it is not a private road. I dont understand what was the need of him interacting with me and attempt to misinform me when me and couple of my friends were just walking down the road taking pictures for ourselves and had nothing to do with the Council Owned PUBLIC car park hes working at.
