Was there a coupe of times, very rude and unpleasant people. Usually shops like that has pleasant and healthy atmosphere inside, have welcoming and friendly service but it is the complete opposite.

Disgusting behaviour from owner, went with my friend today and were told only one person at a time, and to read the rules before going in the shop. Will never ever go back there again. His tone was so rude like he didn't want us to buy. I would rate 0 stars but there isn't that option.

Rude and very unwelcoming. It's as if they don't want people in the store at all. Told that they didn't have items yet the items were in lfact visible after a little searching the store. Big sign saying "DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING" "Shop alone" "Entry by invitation only" It is well stocked with almost everything you may need from a health shop but they don't seem to actually want you in the shop

Just moved to Eastbourne and was delighted to find a health food shop. Unfortunately it's not one I'll be shopping in. The sign for entry requirements is ridiculous. As someone with multiple allergies and food intolerance I wouldn't dream of buying something without looking at a label first. And even products I've bought before, I'd always check as companies can change ingredients so it would be stupid of me to just 'assume'. Absolutely crazy that someone in the health business is acting like this. One would wonder, with such apparent paranoia, why this chap doesn't just sell up and stay home. Let someone with some common sense run the shop? Anyone know of a decent health food shop in the area?
