        As a tenant newly affiliated to RainbowRentals.... I have to commend the extremely smooth and uncomplicated process that i have experienced with them. Hannah, has been an absolute pleasure to meet and communicate with. She`s very affable, efficient and effective. She is absolutely on the ball in consolidating all of the detail involved. Transitioning to a new property is usually a very stressful procedure. Hannah`s input and professionalism has made for a very swift and stress free experience, for which i'm very grateful to her for.

        I'd like to take this chance to offer some feedback on my recent experience with Rainbow Rentals who arranged the sale of my home in the South Harbour. I mainly dealt with Hannah, her advice was always pragmatic and honest and the sale was agreed only a couple of weeks after the house was listed. She was always professional and very quick to pick up the phone to offer assistance with solicitors and the buyer. I would highly recommend Rainbow Rentals and would definitely use them again. Thank you

        Hannah has alot of experience and knowledge in rentals. She has assisted me with a tennant find , checking in , depositing scheme and certificates. Throughout the process which has only taken 3 weeks she has kept me informed day and night answering any queries I have had promptly and reassuringly. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend and use her again in the fuiture. Wonderful to find an independent businesses so dedicated and efficient.

        Fantastic people particularly Sian . I have had a night mare couple of months due to my landlord serving me notice to sell the house just weeks before I am adopting a little boy. Sian was very helpful and professional throughout all of my melt downs. Sian dealt with the landlord so I didn't have to and made the moving out process so much easier and less stressful than it could have been. Thank-you Sian x
