Eastbourne Decoratng Company refurbished the exterior of our large 5 storey building in May/June 2019. We chose them above several other Companies; not simply due their highly competitive quote, but also due to Richard's clear understanding of what needed to be done. From the outset, we were greatly impressed by the team's thorough repairs to, and preparation of, all rendering prior to painting ; essential to the long-term success of the job. Richard also carried out a meticulous inspection of roof tiles, felt roof, flashings, guttering, etc and any necessary repairs were also made to our complete satisfaction. He also arranged and coordinated any subcontracted works in a highly efficient manner, with progress reports as and when necessary, and he ensured that these works met his own exacting standards. Throughout the entire process, Richard and his team remained good humoured, attentive and highly professional. The courtesy and consideration shown to our residents and neighbours was also greatly appreciated. We are delighted with the results in all departments and recommend Eastbourne Decorating Company without reservation. We also fully intend to hire them for any general maintenance of the building in the future.
