Right from the beginning they have been very supportive and clear. We contacted them about one bundle which had recently been purchased however they recommended another which was pretty much the exact same - needless to say, we felt very lucky. They offered to take lots of photos for us, however after seeing one (which was the opening picture with the whole bundle) we could see it was the same. They let us know we could put a deposit down, then collect it at the weekend, which is what we did. When we arrived, we were pleasantly met at the door by two lovely ladies who were very kind. They offered to show us how to put it together (as we are first time parents, we were yet to know), so did a full demonstration on how the bundle works, different seats fit onto the frame etc. then after the exchange, offered to help take it to the car (as there was a lot, and the car was a little walk). Just before we parted ways, they mentioned that if we had any questions (regarding how to put the bundle together, any enquiries or pretty much anything they could help us with), to contact them as they are more than happy to help. I highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much!
