We placed a deposit for a mattress in February and due to the current situation we did not receive our mattress within the 7 week window we were told. Understanding this, we kept In touch and now 20 weeks later.and still no mattress for my injured spine and I am in severe pain and was locked to this purchase by my deposit. To top it all off, we have had to move to another town after many weeks of waiting. During all of this, we have had to initiate every communication except for one phone call they made to confirm our number. Now they refuse to return our deposit and were extremely rude on the phone offering no solution. I believe they are taking advantage of Covid-19 to keep our money and not offer a product. Bad business practice!!
