I erected a scaffold for ninetofive and it was up for over a year,since its beeen removed the outstanding money owed hasnt been paid. Chasing and chasing outstanding invoices to be ignored by Mark Gibby. Maybe this will get his attention. If not then every single invoice paid late which was every single invoice out of the 15 made will be subject to the late payment of commercial debts(interest) act 1998. Pegasus scaffolding

Nine to Five provided me work experience and support while I was looking for full time hours, they helped me setup my DBS and assisted me with suitable work within my reach and paid a good rate for the work I completed, in addition they also gave my holiday pay in full for any holiday pay that I didn't take instead of scrapping it like most employers/agencies do.
